Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi review

Aditya Chopra is back with a "Raj" love story.Shah Rukh does a fantastic job as the innocent Surinder but goes overboard as Raj.Anushka Sharma has a perfect debut opposite King Khan.The film has its share of funny moments(like the scene where SRK desires to leave a rose for his wife) but they get lost in the absurdity of the basic plot(an introvert creating an alter ego to win his wife's heart over).Salim-Sulaiman do a fantastic job."haule haule" is the stand-out track of the movie.The Dhoom Spoof is unnecessary.

Some SRK fans may love the movie for typical King Khan fare.But with Aamir Khan doing interesting and varied roles in "TZP","Ghajini",SRK is losing precious mindspace in the film-going audience.Come on Shahrukh!You are capable of doing roles as varied as a hockey team coach or a NRI.Dont get time warped in "Raj" roles please!!!!

Overall,RNBDJ-Behind every ordinary love story,there is an extraordinary Shahrukh to lift it up!!!
