Terrorists In Disguise...

   

I am expecting a terrorist attack in Chennai very soon.Jan 13th or Jan 25th.Sooner or later.150 people will perish to it.Few eminent dignitaries will be shot down in a posh 5 star hotel.100s of "aam aadmi" will die in some public place(preferably a railway station or a busy market street).The press will eagerly cover the attack on the 5 star hotel.One can see Barkha Dutt standing in front of the hotel bravely covering the event with gunshots heard behind.One can relax himself in the drawing room watching 24*7 newschannels bringing live action from Ground Zero.

One can see gallant policemen become martyrs by running their way to death.NSG will grab the headlines for some more days.National newsmagazines will declare a War On Terrorism and ask us to join hands with it by writing a simple mail to them.Someone in the government will be made a scapegoat.

We will ask for the resignation of the Union Home Minister.The new one will talk about strengthening the security fabric of our country.He will talk niceties like "no one can weaken India" without realising that India is already in ICU.Talks of a stringent National Investigative Agency will come up.The opposition party will try to take credit for the action("we talked about it in 2001 itself").All columns in all magazines will celebrate the stoicism and grit of the Chennayite to return back to normalcy after the atrocity of the terrorists had taken its toll.Period.
