I have decided to post in this space lines from Tamil Cinema songs which have moved me or inspired me or enthralled me or just kept me engaged.

After those twin Oscars,there has been a brewing debate among music-buffs."Who is better?-Rahman or Ilayaraja?".Ilayaraja has somehow smelled of an impending Rahman in the future way back in 1990 and hence these lines from a masterpiece in "Agninatchathiram".
