Who Buys The Truth Alias Tehelka?!

I have been following all newsmagazines this past 2 weeks for the post-poll specials.
"Outlook" came up with a typical Pro-Dynasty cover-"Rahul-The Man,the Magic, the Politics" with no mention of the Singh. There were less probing articles.
"India Today" came up with a typical statistics based issue.Too many numbers and too many names.
"Frontline" was typical-bland and boring.A magazine version of "The Hindu"."The Week" was typical-confined to the well-read armchair guys.
The magazine with the best views and analysis was "Tehelka"(May 30,2009).It had interesting profiles of all bigwigs post elections.Tarun J Tejpal turned Vinod Mehta to eulogise Sonia Gandhi("You have given us of yourself, and of your son.Now you will kindly also give unto us your luminous daughter") but was interesting nonetheless.
Ashis Nandy's insightful piece was one of the best articles in recent times.
Some thoughts:
"There is a big similarity between Narendra Modi and Prakash Karat-however unpleasant that thought might be.They are both men who do not understand the wisdom of accommodation and cannot stomach the dilution of ideology."
"The Congress is now the new small party trying to build a new support base."
"You cannot pay Rs.12000 for a meal for two people in a five-star hotel and come out and throw Rs.10 to a boy competing with a dog for the garbage and think you have done your duty."
"India's poor always vote. That is India's best checkmate for arrogance."

"Tehelka" is India's most honest and intelligent magazine which covers very little of Bollywood, sex and cricket. No wonder then that it is not popular!
